Our story is one of a big Italian family filled with love and delicious homemade food. Getting together for some laughs, wine and great food is a staple in our family, and now we want to share our experience with you.

         Since the age of 10, Owner and Pizza enthusiast Chris Lamparillo has been making homemade pizza and other traditional family recipes. With a passion for Neapolitan Pizza he is now bringing his wood fired cooking experience from his back yard to yours. Our Neapolitan imported Pavesi Wood Oven on our renowned custom built Forza Forni Pizza Mobile Unit is perfect for any event. We are fully equipped with refrigeration, electric and a prep station.

        We use only the best of ingredients from imported Napoli Caputo flour to imported DOP San Marzano tomatoes. We use only high quality fresh mozzarella and garden-fresh locally sourced grown vegetables and meats to top off our distinctive pies. Potenza Old World Pizza only uses seasoned hard woods to cook with which is purchased locally in Campbell Hall, NY.

         Potenza Old World Pizza caters to private events of any kind from Corporate gatherings to your backyard, this is where we specialize!
